In God, no life is ever lost. Your child is not gone but lives eternally in His love. This separation is only temporary, and one day, you will hold your precious one again in the fullness of heaven’s joy. Until that day, God is here—walking beside you, lifting you up, and restoring your soul.
Let this be a time of resting in God’s comfort, embracing His hope, and allowing His love to heal your heart. You are not alone. Your story is not over. In Christ, even sorrow can lead to restoration, and every tear is held in the hands of the One who makes all things new.
This prayer plan is designed to help you seek God's guidance, strength, and protection. It also equips you with practical solutions to set boundaries, respond wisely, and find support when facing injustice.
Day 1: In God, All Live
Bible Verse
"For he is not a God of the dead, but of the living: for all live unto him."
Luke 20:38
Devotional
Grief after losing a baby is unlike any other—it is the sorrow of holding love that never had the chance to bloom fully in this world. The ache in your heart may feel unbearable, and the dreams you had for your child now remain unfulfilled. But in the depth of your sorrow, Jesus speaks a comforting truth: God is not the God of the dead, but of the living. For all live unto Him.
Your precious child is not lost, not forgotten, not gone forever. They are in the loving arms of the One who created them, in a place where pain does not exist, where love is all-encompassing, and where life is eternal. God’s promise assures us that this separation is only temporary—one day, you will see your child again, whole and radiant in His presence.
In this moment, allow yourself to rest in the knowledge that God holds your child close. He knows your pain, sees your tears, and walks beside you in your grief. When the weight of loss feels too heavy to bear, lean into Him. His love is strong enough to carry both you and the little one you miss so deeply.
God is with you, and your child is forever alive in Him. Though grief lingers, hope remains—because in God, all live.
Prayer
Heavenly Father,
My heart is broken, and I miss my baby deeply. The grief feels overwhelming, but I hold onto Your promise that in You, all live. Thank You for holding my child in Your eternal love, where there is no pain—only peace and joy.
Lord, be my refuge when sorrow feels too much to bear. Wrap me in Your comfort and remind me that You are near. When doubts arise, strengthen my heart with Your truth—that this is not the end, but only a separation for a time. Fill me with the hope of heaven and the promise of reunion.
Until that glorious day, help me walk forward in faith, carrying my child’s memory in love, knowing they are safe in Your arms.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Day 2: Heaven is a Home Filled with Love
Bible Verse
"In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you."
John 14:2
Devotional
Heaven is not an abstract concept or a distant, unreachable place. It is home—filled with warmth, peace, and the purest love, where your precious child is held safely in the arms of the Savior. There, in the presence of God, your baby knows only joy. There are no tears, no pain, no fear—only light, laughter, and love beyond measure.
Close your eyes for a moment and imagine that home. Imagine the beauty of heaven, where your child’s spirit is free, embraced in the eternal love of the Father. Picture them surrounded by angels, giggling in the presence of Jesus Himself. They are not alone, and neither are you. Love has not been severed—your child still belongs to you, just as you belong to them.
This separation, as painful as it is, is not forever. One day, you will step into that glorious home, and the arms you have longed to hold will embrace you once again. Until that day, know that your baby is safe, whole, and waiting for you in a place where love never fades.
Prayer
Dear Jesus,
My heart aches with the weight of missing my baby, but I take comfort in knowing they are in the home You have prepared—a place filled with perfect peace and love. Thank You for Your promise that this world is not the end, and that my child is safe in Your embrace, surrounded by light and joy.
Lord, when grief feels unbearable, remind me that love is eternal and that one day, I will see my child again. Give me the strength to walk forward with faith, knowing that heaven is not just a far-off dream but a real home where we will be reunited forever. Until that day, hold me close, fill me with Your peace, and help me trust in Your perfect plan.
In Your loving name, Amen.
Day 3: The Lord Will Restore Your Joy
Bible Verse
"Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness."
Psalm 30:11
Devotional
Right now, your heart may feel broken, and your spirit weary. It is okay to grieve. God is not asking you to pretend the pain isn’t real—He is inviting you to bring it to Him. He is a loving Father who sees every tear, hears every whispered prayer, and gently holds you in your sorrow.
Healing does not mean forgetting. It means allowing God to take the shattered pieces of your heart and restore them with His love. It means trusting that joy can return—not in the absence of loss, but in the presence of His grace. One day, the heavy weight of sorrow will lift, and in its place, God will fill your heart with peace. Your baby is safe in His arms, and one day, you will dance together in eternity.
The night will not last forever. The sun will rise again. And so will your joy.
Hold on—joy is coming.
Prayer
Heavenly Father,
My heart is heavy, and my soul is weary, but I choose to trust in Your promise. You are the One who turns mourning into dancing, sorrow into joy. Right now, my heart still aches, but I know You are working in ways I cannot yet see.
Lord, restore my joy in Your time. Help me believe that laughter will return, that peace will fill my heart again, and that even in this pain, You are shaping something beautiful. Hold me close, and remind me that my sorrow is not forever—Your love is.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
